Air Improve have achieved TrustMark registration which ensures trades people are reliable, competent and capable of providing a quality service at a fair price. TrustMark registered firms are endorsed by the government proving Air Improve’s exceptional standards. In order to receive the TrustMark, we had to meet a number of standards set out by the government. Basic checks were done on our technical competence, trading record and creditworthiness. We also had to sign up to an appropriate code of practice which included mandatory insurance, good health and safety practices and proper dealings with customers.
Another aspect of being a TrustMark registered member is the BESA Double Guarantee. If you choose us to install, replace, upgrade, extend or repair your heating or air conditioning system, you will be automatically covered by BESA’s double guarantee at no additional cost. There is a comprehensive two year guarantee that covers workmanship, performance and deposit protection as well as a further four years’ protection against major damage arising from the work. If a member of the TrustMark doesn’t honour its contractual obligations, BESA can step in and meet the cost of putting things right. Even if a BESA member becomes insolvent or bankrupt during installation, BESA can arrange for the work to be carried out at no additional cost to you.
