Air Improve have been recruiting and training engineering graduates for over 20 years, most have gone onto other companies within our industry to make full use of the experience and knowledge they gained whilst working with us.
Jeremy was one of these graduates whom has been with us for over 18 years and has been responsible for training nearly all the members of the project engineering team.
In recent years the last labour government injected funds into a graduate funding initiative which helped us to develop engineers during the recession in readiness for the economic recovery. There was a year when funding was not available through the government scheme so we decided to fund the scheme ourselves as we realized the value of having fresh minds coming to work with us.
Those that have stayed with us have gone from strength to strength, becoming confident leaders and managers with the building services sector.
With our proven track record we have recently recruited two more project engineers, one based in Winchester and one in Plymouth, to learn the ropes and eventually develop their own client base.
